Donc choisir un environnement paisible,calme,avec de la végétation puis d'implanter ton immeuble avec du bois de charpente comme le chêne(un arbre) très robuste.Mon argument c'est d'être économique, pas de pollution   et vivre avec un bon aire a respirer.
